Honestly, it was the worst visit yet. 70 minute wait, food was less than tender and way over cooked. The only part that saved the night is the service was good.
Second time here... steaks were overcooked again.
Alycia was our waitress and she was amazing! Very good experience for sure

TRH IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE RESTAURANT! Well for one they are mad slow!! Me and my friend went there yesterday and my food was horrible!! My friend had hair in her salad her potato wasn't even done all the way I I would NEVER go there again mind you this my 2nd and last time going there my first time was a nightmare also I order chicken salad my chicken wasn't done! There waitress that I had was mad rude.... Please go somewhere else like FATZ!! or something cause TEXAS ROAD HOUSE is not the place!!
Worst dining experience I have ever had. The waitress was great but the food was under cooked two times, the cook not wearing gloves as he picked up the food and management lied about "taking care of it" as we see the cook still not wearing gloves and handling people's food. Food poisoning just waiting to happen!
Food and service was Great!! I had 16 Oz prime rib...medium rare..
Great food, friendly staff, nice break from Christmas shopping!
