We went yesterday to have a family outing being cooped up in the house from Hurricane Harvey was no fun...All of our food was cooked to perfection and our waitress Tammara was absolutely the best, She took great care of us also had a manger walking around asking about our experience. Love this place and will always go back.

I ordered the oven roasted chicken and it was still kinda raw {pink}.. They took it back and came back with the same piece of chicken still kinda pink like just heated it up.
First of all it took my family 3 1/2 hours to get in n Eat ! Service was Poor,Food Was Good, steaks were great! Drinks were great! They seem to be understaffed!
I know the floor is supposed to be dirty with peanut dust but dayyyum. My little boy crawled under the table, like kids do and got thick, sticky, dirty black grease all over his new shoes, knees and seat of his pants. I mean it was disgusting. Clean the floor!
is a durty place slow on bringing ur food and never check to see if you need something lack of food

Went yesterday to have lunch with my niece my CFS was pretty good but was greasy like it went from fryer to plate. My niece ordered some chicken tender salad they forgot to put bacon on it pieces they bring out to sprinkle on salad were very hard had to pick them back off. Second time her first time CFS was burnt
I am so disappointed tonight. It is always my favorite steak house .But I couldn't believe I got the bad service."Wrong order , no attention, long waiting ". It was more fun when they gave us wrong ticket . Speechless �.

I usually love Texas roadhouse however this visit was horrible! Steak wasn't cooked right my fiancee spent his whole meal with no drink , he was finished his salad before they even brought mine out after I had to ask for it..the manager was very polite when i voiced my opinions but didnt offer anything needless to say my frequent trips will become alot less frequent!
Since I've lived here this is the only place I really enjoy going, great service and wonderful people! I spent my mother's day and birthday dinners there and plan on going again for sure! Loved my ribeyes and onion blossoms!
