Great service�
We called in our order for pick up. There was a mix up that my shrimp had been left off, but they got it fixed. Glad they said to check everything there. We got 2 of the the Wild West specials. Cooked perfect. Salad was delish. Happy. Look forward to having again.
BIG THUMBS DOWN to Texas Roadhouse who attempted to sit people at my table before i was even done eating.. No reason or excuse can make this right.. This hostess brought a family to my table and left them there hovering till i was done eating. #didntwantcompany #drugtesturhostess

My mom, husband and myself ordered something with white gravy and the gravy was sweet... kinda messed up the whole meal. White gravy is not supposed to be sweet. Not sure if this is normal or someone knocked the sugar over into the gravy. Please stop that!!! And our payment wasn’t rang up correctly they scanned my gift card and still charged the whole price. I still love this restaurant but will not order white gravy again.

I go to Texas Roadhouse for the prime rib but a lot lately they never have enough. They need to have more than two logs of prime rib. In happy camper here....

Very upset! Me and my husband go often and yesterday I almost got up and left and never returned! We always order strawberry daiquiris with Malibu and was told yesterday they couldn’t do it!! Was furious but then another manager was able to do it!
Food was great! Just at the time we went it was so very packed with people waiting to get in so that tells you how good the food is. The service was great. They were working their tails off.
