Was the worst. There was a dead bug in my salad. Waitress looked like she had no clue of what was going on and basically stood there. My birthday and Mothers Day was ruined. Pic posted in the comments.
Savannah was our waitress and did an amazing job! She made sure we were taken care of. Made our Mother's Day even more special! Thanks girl!
Our server was sweet but very forgetful... a guy brought my salad but I was given no flatware or dressing. We had to ask a few times for her to take the dishes we had set on the end of the table. I generally judge a restaurant by their bathrooms these bathrooms were A complete and utter mess The floors were terrible from the peanuts and a bucket halfway full of shells was never taken off the table. when we left I stepped on a fork at the front door… what does that tell you. This was the second time that my husband and I dined here. We love the food, service and atmosphere. We have finally discovered a great place for us to get a steak that is prepared to perfection!! Thank you for being available to us; we love Texas Roadhouse-Baton Rouge!!!
The food was good but the women's restroom is absolutely disgusting!!
We enjoy the time we spend, great people and nice place to enjoy with our kids.
Don't order online here-they'll screw if up every time. Tonight I had to wait 30 minutes, another 10 for them to not find my order and another 5-10 to refund me-PATHETIC!!!!
My experience today was less than satisfactory. Tables are not wiped down between customers. Waitress came to our table to take our order and didn't come back until we complained. I ordered a salad with peppercorn ranch if it was available. I was not told that it is not. Our main courses arrived before our salads. Waitress brings our salads after we asked for them. She laughs as she hands me mine and exaggerates "with peppercorn dressing". I was served GRAVY for my salad! A manager was asked for but never came to our table. ... read more
