There's no better steak for the price, or for a higher price! I'm a regular Sullivan's and Fleming's patron, and your steaks are as good as Sullivan's and by far, better than Fleming's. I've been a regular Texas Roadhouse patron as well, and last night was the 1st time our host mentioned that the steaks in the case are not just for show. LOVE THE RIBEYE AND MUSHROOM, ALSO THE SALAD IS ALWAYS FRESH.
My husband, daughter and myself went here on 2/3 and couldn't have been more please. Our waitress, Hailey I think, went above and beyond for my 6 year old with ADHD. My daughter was having a huge meltdown and refusing to eat when all of the sudden the waitress came over and gave her several things to play with and a cup to take home. Within a couple minutes my daughter was playing and having a great time. The food was brought out fast and everything was delicious, but Hailey is what impressed us the most. Absolutely a wonderful night. I'll admit the wait was a bit long...1 hour, 20 minutes, but I'd asked for a table instead of a booth. One of the hostesses, Danielle, was VERY nice and apologized for the wait, even telling me that she appreciated me being nice about the wait. Everyone in our party of four noticed how nice the entire staff was. As we were leaving, walking to the door, THREE, different, servers told us "thank you" or to have a good night. Kudos to management for teaching such wonderful customer service!
Wait staff could have been better. Had my youngest spill a drink and the waiter just kept serving the appetizers without getting napkins or a rag. We had to ask for one after my elderly parents got soaked. We also has to take plates and silverware from another table and then ask for 3 more, which took another 10 minutes to get. Had to wait on drinks too. The positive is that the kitchen prepared a wonderful meal, cooked correctly.
Definitely will not be back. And I definitely do not recommend anyone else either! Rudest and slowest staff I've ever encountered!
