I have been to Texas Roadhouse in Baton Rouge many times and I usually order the porterhouse steak and it always tasted amazing. Last night I decided to try something different so I went with the country fried sirloin. The only reason I was disappointed is because it tasted too salty. That and my daughters fried catfish was too salty. Other then that everything else was great. I always love their appetizers and drinks. And friendly service. Next time you go try their frozen strawberry margarita. Mmmmmmmmm!!
The service was horrible and the staff was rude. I will NEVER go back. Call ahead sitting is a joke because they don't use it.
Just wanted to write a great review on a place I loved working at. This place is a wonderful place to work as long as guests are friendly and understanding. I've met way more great tables than horrible ones( although those will exist) The food is great here and every server and manager tries their best. � This place is wonderful and everyone should give it a chance. Food is great. Need to train the wait staff a little better! We had to repeat to the wait staff At least three or four times before they got the food correct! Other then that all was good as usual
A 2 hour wait and the waitress was ridiculously slow. She also seemed to ignore certain people or turn away when they were in the middle of saying something to her, to tend to another table. We had a party of 9 and had made a reservation. So, it's not like we just showed up. We were told that someone took off our reservation at some point after we checked in. Best experience loved the food and great customer service. First time and will be coming back. Mrs. Helen made my family and me feel welcome the best was all the staff sang to me for my � birthday. A night I will never forget!
