I was confused that I had to wait for a table when there were plenty of tables open. Of course I know there can be reasons that aren't obvious to the customer and I thought perhaps they don't have enough waiters on duty but there were at least five people hanging out at the Hostess area most of the time I waited. I was a bit annoyed that nobody stepped forward when a school aged girl stood playing in the peanuts (made me think twice about eating them) even throwing scoops of them on the floor and mashing them beneath her fee... read more
Husband and I went yesterday service was not good this is our second time going decided to try again to see was it just one bad experience table and chairs was dirty floor was a mess that alone can make the customer feel like their food is not going to be pleasant I ordered a burger well done came back medium well done husband ordered steak and barbecue ribs did not receive the ribs He order broccoli and baked potato they brought him back bake potatoes and french fries

This was by far the best dining experience we've ever had at Texas Roadhouse! Our server, Ms. Toya, was the sweetest! She will brighten your day no matter what! Not only is she so sweet, but also on top of her game! A+ service! We will be back, and we will ask for Ms. Toya!
