I waited too long for my drinks, my steak was cold when it was brought to my table and saw my waitress MAYBE four times. Had to ask management for the things I needed. Then wouldn't even bring my change back from my check. And not to mention she gave 15$ in ones. Honestly it wasn't even worth the wait to talk to someone there about my experience tonight.
The big 20oz Ribeye was fantastic and our waitress was marvelous. Her name is Jaclyn.

Not a good experience tonight party of 7 mixed up dinners and 1 forgotten .
We are here now, the waitress is awesome, wait time wasn't bad (we did call ahead came in, sat down, then buzz time for our table! I always get the same and I love it last time they put sour cream on it which I asked no sour cream, they did it again but I understand why, you do something the same over and over sometimes it's hard to break the habit, so they redid my order and it was delious, Joe was very nice he brought me my food and he was nice are waitress was nice as well kept up when my drink was low, thank you for this... read more
Best server is Paul who was amazing!!! Food was excellent
Call ahead seating is a joke. You basically get signed in when you show up. Ordinarily I wouldn't care but I went to great lengths to make sure we had a table large enough for our party. My son is 21 today and him and his girlfriend wanted to celebrate their birthday at Texas Roadhouse. Our table isn't even close to ready and they didn't put me on the list until I arrived.
