Not even there yet but they've already messed up. Had a party of 8 meeting at 7pm so I tried call ahead seating and they said call back thirty minutes prior since they weren't doing the wait list yet. I did that and they tell me it's going to be nearly 8pm before they could seat us. Meanwhile most of our party is already on the road. Bad service already

Okay, the food and service were great while we were eating. Then we had to wait over an HOUR for our ticket-and then it was wrong!!! Yes, we had four families and I get that it can take some time to figure it out but over an hour is ridiculous. The manager gave each family a $5 off our next meal coupon (which doesn't even pay for a meal) which was appreciated but next time we have a group we will not come here. And it will be awhile before we come again because my kids were miserable waiting for so long.
We love this location! We especially love Tuesday nights which is kids night! We have three daughters that have a blast on kids night because they get to play a game, get their face painted and join the staff with line dancing. The staff is always friendly! We especially love Jessica, Kara and Erica! They are AWESOME! The food is always good, consistent and reasonably priced!
The juiciest steak I've had in a long time. Wonderful service and great company!

Service was very good.. Steak was very over cooked, sweet potatoe cold, baked potatoe cold ( cheese never melted ), macaroni very cold, sent back steak to get recooked and was sent back way under cooked. Mentioned to manager the problems and he still charged us full price even though we didn't eat that cold food. Hadn't been here in years and well now I know why.
