The food wasn't awful but it wasn't great either. The service was ridiculously slow even though they weren't busy. I've never had a good experience at a Texas Roadhouse. This was my 3rd try... not a charm.
Excellent Food, Excellent Service! Our waitress Bailey was the best waitress we've ever had and super helpful to us with tips on places to go since we are here on a trip from Florida!

I totally love, love, love Texas Roadhouse in Middletown, KY. The food was fantastic! The service is beyond wonderful! The customer service is the best! They always take care of us perfectly. My husband and I love this crew. The steaks are so tender and juicy and cooked to perfection! It is a great place to celebrate any occasion especially a birthday. They dance, sing, and let you set on a saddle. How fun is that!!! I give it a total of 5 stars all around! I love my Texas Roadhouse!
Wait 3 hours to get seated on a call in and half the food was wrong. Will never go back
The staff is exceptional, they are warm and personable. It's like talking to a friend. Food was good, prepared as ordered.
Last two times I went to, Texas Roadhouse my prime rib was cold
