Best service I've had anywhere in a LONG time! We were told it would be a 60 minute wait for our party of six, but were seated in less than 20. Our server, Jade, was right on top of all our needs, even before we asked!
Was great the steak was awesome We ask if we could buy the gift cert for 100 dollars and get the 25 for dinner later she said store does not do this I had to call son in Lexington to get one what's the deal ?
Had to wait for over an hour tried to call ahead seating but no one answered phone
The steak I ordered was by far one of the best I've ever had And we had an amazing server
Great service and wonderful food we come from frankfort ky to the middletown location because it's so wonderful
My husband and I came to Middletown location our food was good and hot and our waitress was awesome... hats off to Devon she was very pleasant and greeted us with a smile.
Customer service was great 👍🏽 and the food was just as I ordered it steak was well done & tender
I had a date night/birthday dinner with my husband and I was thoroughly pleased with the service and food. Our server was Kelsey and she was fantastic! All of the staff was great and helpful. It was my first time there and I WILL be going back! I loved how they yelled Yeeeee-haw twice for my husband. The manager even came out and sat with us. I've never had better service!
