Wait staff is friendly and not sure how they possibly keep everything straight with how incredibly busy they are, food is awesome, bread is outstanding!!

Went to Texas Roadhouse for the first time last night. It was amazing. We sat in the bar area, and I was leary at first because usually my experience is the bartenders not that attentive, but I was wrong!! It was amazing! The service the food and the atmosphere was the best I've experienced in awhile. Will be coming back for sure!
Perfect!! Service was awesome!! But food was better
Two times in a row that we've checked in and watched group after group get seated ahead of us. The food is good, but the service consistently is lacking.

I called yesterday to see what time they closed and I was told 5pm for Christmas Eve. I said ok, will be there at 4pm. At 345 I called ahead to put name on list and it rang and rang. Poor form not to answer, but figured maybe the were not doing call ahead. We arrived at 4pm to find the door locked and then the guy came and said We are closed. I said I had been told 5pm. He let me in, but then girls at counter did not make eye contact or smile. They had to be told to seat us. There was absolutely no music. What a way to feel ... read more

The server was nice but extremely slow took forever to get our salads. Forgot the toppings for my daughters potatoes, they over cooked my husband's steak supposed to be rare came out med to med well. Being in the industry, my mother owns a diner around corner, was disappointed.
