The service was excellent and are waitress amanda oneal was one of the nicest servers I've had . Food was perfect . Call ahead seating was great .
So far I've been to TRH twice. My first visit was ok, my meal took a long time to prepare. When my meal arrived, I had to send it back. I asked for salmon, not sushi! :( Second visit...waitress and all management on duty that day were very unprofessional!
This place sucks!!!!!
In my opinion I've been working for several years serving people and this is the worst excuse that I've ever received from a restaurant to kick us out when we were having a good time and a good dinner with good friends. I didn't know that it was prohibited to have fun and be happy in a public place. They should put on the front door "Happy people are not allowed inside!" I feel so offended from these people towards my freedom.
The food was excellent and our waitress, Shannon was very good!
Went there last night with my Wife, dinner was great, Our server was fast, friendly and very thorough, although the kitchen sent my prime rib at the wrong temperature, management was all over it-fast and eager to please , my improperly cooked steak was fixed quickly and served with all hot and freshly replaced sided dishes, as well as a complimentary steak and sides to go.....2 pounds of prime rib for the price of one!! We will definitely be back :)
Just left with my children after a great meal. We didn't wait at all when we arrived at 6 pm, which was a pleasant surprise. All of the staff was wonderful and our waiter, Randy, was FANTASTIC. I didn't catch the manager's name, but he was equally as friendly and accommodating. The food held up to my expectations from dining at multiple other TRH locations. We will definitely return!
Very unorganized called ahead asked for a certain server . when we checked in for our call ahead sitting we still checked about server and they said yes it would be her ,we didn't find out until she seen us and told us she was not serving she was running food . Needless to say we were very disappointed and did not eat there we left , very very unorganized
Very Nice Staff and Management - The Food is Great !!! The Servers are well trained - Great Environment! !! There is only one flaw - The Manager Needs to Know that the MUSIC IS WAY TO LOUD !!! I Love Music but I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO YELL ACROSS THE TABLE TO BE HERD WHEN WE ARE ONLY LESS THAN TWO FEET AWAY !!!!!! So if you want people to be happy in your establishment - Please turn down the music a little bit !!! To help out with your Restaurant you should have a Comment Box to help relieve miner issues. THANK YOU !!!
