What is Texas Roadhouse without bread??? What a disappointment tonight! We did get a free onion blossom, that would be ok if I liked onions.
Went to dinner this past Saturday night. Love Texas Roadhouse! Had to wait 45 minutes to be seated so sat in the car since there was no room inside. It took another good 45 minutes to get our dinners. My husbands country fried steak was tough and dry and cold. My steak was good but the mushrooms on it were burnt and there was no baked potato. Gina and Amber are both terrific bartenders. I have only been there a couple of times, but they both remembered my name and what I drink.
We went there a week ago at 4:00. Only had to wait 25 minutes. Too many young kids working there - unprofessional. It took our waiter 15 minutes to greet us at our table and that was after I went looking for him. I ordered a sirloin steak, medium well - the steak was thin and was cooked well done. The music is way too loud. Very unrelaxing, stressful atmosphere.
My husband and I called ahead and barely had to wait, even on New Year's Eve! I highly suggest the call ahead seating. Our food was delicious and the server, Elizabeth, was excellent! Thank you for a great dinner date :)
Super simple order- app, salad, side. Got salad quickly. 45 min later (many spent with her sitting at a neighboring table) our waitress came by to say they had run out of mashed potatoes and were making them fresh. Rushed off before we could ask to bring app anyway if ready and didn't see her after. Tried to flag manager who spoke to two nearby tables but she passed right by us. Finally left hungry and disappointed.
This is the worst Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to. When my husband had an issue with his meal, the manager spoke to us in a condescending manner and argued with us. We will never go back.
Went here for our first date waited for over 2 hrs.
