Acceptable food (good not great), but annoying 'call ahead seating' service. Had to wait like 10 min for someone to answer the phone (yet when you go there, there are always like 5 hostesses standing around), and always a long wait on Friday nights. Humph!
The food was horrible and the service wasn't any better. To start we got the onion, no plates to eat it, and enough grease in the bottom of the plate to fill a commercial frier. Then my wife's salad came out. It had enough Cesar dressing to fill a 5 gallon bucket . Finally the main course, my wife's steak was burnt and dry. My steak was as thin as paper, but good. Been there three times and all three times had the worst time ever. The servers are great. The kitchen no matter when you go. They take forever.

As an employee i just saw how nasty there kitchen really is it's horrible there dishes are not washed properly sometimes not at all and reused, utensils get dropped on the floor and picked right up and used the bread baskets get dropped in the slimy wet floor and picked right up and used i tried to get the guy to rewash it and he says it's ok it gets a paper liner that kitchen is disgusting
Great meal tonight. Attentive server, thanks Mindy, nicely prepared food, and a friendly atmosphere. Been a long time since I had a meal out that I enjoyed as much as this one.

11-1-15 had best burger ever at Roadhouse today. Coffee was really good too. The french fries were awful. Not hot, tough and only tried 2 since they seemed like they had been sitting around quite a while.

Again it was the absolute worst.. I do not understand how you go to a steak house and they do not know how to cook a steak.This was the 2nd n last time... we waited an hour before we got our food and then had to send it back.. but hey we got to keep the mashed potatoes while we were waiting ..seriously. .. because you should eat your side without your meal...THAT IS NOT OK!!
