Food was great! Service was ok, had to wait a bit for my drink. The appetizer came before my drink. I thought that was a bit odd. First time we ate in the Middletown Texas Roadhouse. The employees aren't as focus and quick as the ones in the Camden. An employee we assumed was a mgr came to our table at the end and asked how everything was. If she was a mgr she did not look like one. We would go again if we are in the area.
I was disappointed today in my lunch. It took an hour and a half to get a salad and a burger and 2 kids meals. My son's little cheeseburgers were rock hard and burnt. Way too long for a lunch service.
Everything was good and the service was exceptional and the rolls and butter rocked
Not only was the food awesome this afternoon. After a brief incident the staff was very helpful in cleaning up and making sure the gentlemen was OK. I'm sure glad we were there today and glad this gentleman was OK. The server was awesome, food was perfect! Couldn't ask for a better experience. Out of 15 or so. Only once have we had a bad dinner. Server was great that night. Manager was awesome. Just food wasn't great. But it's the food industry. To be expected. Thanks TEXAS ROADHOUSE.
The food was excellent and our waitress Shawn was awesome.
