The place was packed, we were seated right away and had a server as soon as we sat down. The server was more than gracious. He was quick and always polite. He also had his arm in a cast, but that didn't hinder him too much, other than to have help getting the food out. It was good food and a good experience.
It is very friendly there. The servers take great care of you. Also, the food is awesome! My favorite is the Caesar Salad as a side to the Chicken Critters.
We were elated when the Middletown restaurant opened since we live in Odessa. Before that we regularly ate at the restaurant in Bear where we were always pleased with both the food and the service irregardless of what we ordered. Sadly, Middletown just doesn't measure up. The food is never acceptable, steaks are cooked right and ribs are over cooked. The staff seems to be in a 'training' mode as they run around in circles. Went in for a yummy lunch and had an amazing experience. Raven was our waitress and she was phenomenal, totally made our day. Everyone else was also incredible very welcoming and we will be back. Thank you so much !!!! ❤❤❤
