Service at this location is not the best. We got appetizer with no plates to distribute. Long wait between appetizer and entrees....thought they may have had to kill the cow
I we'll never go to the Middletown location again ... The Food and the Service is not what you get at Rt 40 TexasRoadhouse ...
We got seated in an awkward spot by a window. I asked for a booth and got told that there were not any available but I saw many!! The service there has changed dramatically ever since they first opened to the bad. Waiters were standing there throwing peanuts on the floor while people were walking by. Not good!! Things need to change there
Walked in, looking forward to picking out my steak, only to have what i assume were the left overs of the soviet union on display. I opted for the roasted chicken, which the server didnt know was even on the menu My steak knife - its a steak house - was not only blunt, but there was a very visible burr leaning to one side of the knife. Service was great but steak was 90% fat. My wife had chicken and it tasted like rubber. But on a positive note the people are great. Our waitress gave great service and the drinks were tasting great!
