Food quality does not match other locations, bread is always overcooked at this location always
We have been to this location about 5 times. The first time our food was not cooked correctly. We gave it another try it had been fine. We went lastnight - it took over 20 minuets to get our drinks.. Once we did the beer was warm because it sat at the bar forever. Than we finally got our food - all steaks were cold, one had mushrooms and onions on it and shouldn't - and all the kitchen did was scrap them off! What if someone has a food allergy!! This one sucks big time!! The last three times we went always something wrong baked potato came out cold, steak not cooked right . We never seen waiter besides her giving our food and our check . This one won't last long!!!
One of the worst places I have ever eaten or worked. Management is so disgustingly unprofessional and rude, and the kitchen can't make a steak to save their lives let alone anything else on the menu. The staff is rude. Oh and the dishes (from personal experience working there for 4 months) are REVOLTING and so dirty do not eat off of their cutlery or plates and cups. So filthy. I brought my own food to work because it was so gross.
Great service and quick too! Bobby was our waiter and he was very friendly, came by our table frequently to check on us.
This place is complete joke went on father's day weekend worst service ever they were out of everything and last call for alcohol was 830 wtf is that went up to bear delaware texas roadhouse wow is all I can say service was outstanding and the people were friendly and knew what they we're doing this place is geogre in the jungle atmosphere better asking your neighbor next to you for a refill then waiting for your waiter place needs better stronger service team straight shit box

Awful! When the restaurant first opened, food was good and hot, as expected from a Texas Roadhouse. After a few months and the novelty wears off, it's been downhill ever since. Ice cold food, awful service, not what I have been accustomed to. Avoid this location like the PLAGUE!
Service was horrible. Our server didn't care at all that she messed up our order, or that it took forever to come out, or that she spent a LOT of time flirting with another table. We both used to work in the industry, and we are VERY understanding people, but this was BAD. She should be fired.
Wasn't much at all when we were there. Will not be back.
