Very friendly staff who try really hard to give you excellent service.
My favorite spot. The best service. Feels like home there.
Marisa and all the staff helped make this a fun birthday dinner for me to share with my family. We ordered the Monday night Special 20oz, hand-picked boneless ribeye, medium and it was perfection! Plus the grilled shrimp, salad and green beans. Delicious meal, large enough to share! Thank you to my Dan the Man.
We ate here before our movie last night. We told Martie, our bartende, that we only had 15-20 minutes before our movie. She got us appetizers and multiple drinks in that time! I had an odd request for a drink and she made it, no problem! (I've had other bartenders say they couldn't make it because they didn't know what to charge me!) It was our last night in Alaska 😞 (visiting from Florida). We expierenced awesome service, great atmosphere, food delicious, my steak was cooked perfectly. Our waitress Phylicia was phenomenal.👏🏼
Food and service is good but the wait was the longest part, even when I called ahead a hour still had to wait almost a hour hour before we actually got sitted, both time we went.

The costume service was absolutely amazing and the only bad thing was the steak I asked for a medium rare and they forgot the rare part our waiter was leanora and she was very nice and asked many times If we were good
The prime rib was terrible. I think I prefer the Dimond location.
