I have had the best experience every time I have went here. I have always got the food I ordered the way I ordered it and had great waitresses and waiters. Last night was no exception food was mouth watering and the service was amazing and our waitress went above and beyond by requesting we cut into our steaks to make sure they were cooked the way we requested. That really showed me that she cared and wanted us to have a great experience. I would recommend it and I will definitely be going again.
Came down from Fairbanks, met some friends there for dinner. (The one place I ALWAYS eat at while in Anchorage) Martie was our server and she did a fantastic job. Management was walking around checking on tables, as they should. The runner who brought our food didn't even ask who's food was whose. He knew exactly where it went. GREAT JOB!!!!!!! I went with coworkers. One ordered a burger. It was like a hockey puck. He sent it back and didn't get a replacement until the rest of us were done with our steaks. He just took it to go then. The steaks were perfect.
When we got seated the hostess forgot to grab bread. Then my steak was medium well and my nieces was medium rare. (Our orders got switched I would have traded but we got different cuts). When my niece got her steak back it had a hair. The manager said she would take my niece's steak off. We were happy about that but the manager came back and said she would top it by also giving us a free entree. Me and my girls love this place. Good food, great atmosphere, never had a bad experience. And the servers are always on top of it!
Went there the other night, ordered two root beers and a coke and cheese fries, got two root beers and a water and never got my fries, ordered two salads and a kids meal steak bites...it took 45 minutes!!!!! My kids and I will never go back there!!! This is not my first bad experience there but figured I would give it a try again!!!
