Great meal with amazing service. I love this restaurant.
My husband and I came to the restaurant with a terrible taste in our mouth for the customer service in the state of alaska, However when we came to this restaurant our waitress MIKAELA completely restored our outlook! She was fantastic!!! The food was great and combined with the amazing customer service I would say hands down that was the best meal out we have had out since moving to alaska 2 years ago!!! I would love to be able to thank MIKAELA again for making our dinning experience feel so perfect!!!

My wife and I came in for dinner on the 10th. Our server Cat, was amazing. Top notch service, will definitely be back again.

Absolutely love the food, always! That's why we keep coming back...but the service really stood out this trip! It was our family's kid's last high school playoff football games (seniors) and quite an emotional event for us parents.. Our server was Marissa and I tell ya, she handled 8 of us with ease...the drinks (lots for the parents), the appetizers, the food ! She was on top of it all, complete with her awesome smile! Thank you Texas Roadhouse...and Marissa in particular! :)
My steak was very salty as was my husbands burger... the sweet potato was delicious
Called ahead to reserve space for 30 people for a going away dinner. We showed up 20 minutes early. We’re told that our tables would be ready within the next 15-20 minutes. After repeated times of asking them when are tables would be ready all we kept getting was “We’ll check on it” While they were checking on it they continued to seat other large parties of people that came in well after us. After about an hour and fifteen minutes later we’re finally seated. At least the servers at are tables were friendly. Good luck asking... read more
