Steaks are not hot! Daughters Mac and cheese dry and cold. Buns are cold, dry and hard! Not a good experience at all.

Every time it's been excellent. However today my steak was barely pink. I love medium rare. Server was great so had to leave tip. Don't believe in telling manager & the server didn't cook it. But I think the cook today needs a bit more training. The guy behind me complained about his being too done then on the way to bathroom another guy complained about the same thing. Guess someone should have talked to a manager. That's an expensive steak...bone in ribeye.

Had to send back my tater skins after I made it clear I didn't want bacon on it then was disgusted when my meal came and there was wades of paper in the bottom of one of my side dishes. Needless to say never going back and the service was horrible

I was a little disappointed with my visit today. The server was nowhere to be found for most of our meal. I sat and waited almost 10 minutes after our meals were served before she came around so I could tell her that my steak was not prepared the way I had ordered. When a different guy brought my steak back out, he literally dumped my steak into my other plate. I say dumped because that is exactly what he did. We called ahead to see what the wait time was, like we normally do. We were told it would be 15-20 minutes, so we got our confirmation number and it took us about 15 minutes to get there. We went in, got our pager, and I was told our wait would be somewhere between 30-45 minutes! I told her I was told it was 15-20 minutes on the phone, and the girl's response was, "A lot of people came in front of you..." What is the point of call ahead seating if that's how it will work? The food was great but most importantly our server, Laura, was by far the best server we have encountered in a long while; she kept our drinks full, was very friendly & cheerful, and maintained professionalism! Screwed up rib eye and sirloin steak wanted to be seated together bday party gave us two booths so fed up with this place I will update my rating because of the awesome customer service I received after posting.
