Been there 3 times, our service was excellent and the food was prepared just the way I ordered it! The best steak ever! Kudos to Cole our server! Very nice guy

Love TX roadhouse & always eat here on our trips from Canada each year. However last week our waiter did not get some info for me that I asked about that was advertised on the menu. I ordered the country fried steak although i usually get the chicken. I did not expect to get one of the beautiful steaks on display however I certainly did not expect to get an extremely thin sinewy steak that was hard to cut and even harder to chew. Staff is always amazing and food is just as good as the staff
They didn't have ribs or rolls because they ran out. The staff really should have told us this before they seated us.
I went there being pregnant I ordered a steak medium well it came back raw so I sent it back. They redid it still came back oozing blood! So I sent it back next time it came back burnt to a crisp. So the manager says he'll comp it. I did not eat it. But only comps the steak not the sides mind you!! I guess where I work they will comp the whole meal for that guest for the bad experience!

When my family and I got there the hostess would not seat us because the full party was not there, even though one was in route, plus we were going to order for her. I explained this to them and they didn't care. Noticed they were seating other people when their full party wasn't there though. I have never had this happened before in my life. This was at 800pm on a Thursday night and plenty of open tables. Our waiter was good but this incident ruined my meal.
If i could give Brandon my server a 5 I would he was amazing!!! However the cooks don't know medium from damn near well done on a steak. Other then that the food was good!

Every time we go there, I get a wonderfully seasoned and perfectly done steak. Tonight, steak and BBQ chicken. Betty was a great waitress.
