After waiting a whole hour to be seated, we had to ask for our bread 3 xs. I get that it’s busy, but I shouldn’t have to ask that many times. We had ordered the catcus blossom, & our food. The app came & our waiter checked on us, but left all of our plates in front of us. After about 25 min wait, the manager came over to tell us that our food had been dropped & they had started us a new one & told us we’d be componsated. Mitch was our waiter. We loved him. He was awesome! Fun and joked with us! He played along my game with my sister! We’re from the Hartford area and plan on coming back to madtown
We went to celebrate my niece's birthday yesterday. Had a great meal and excellent service. Jeanalyn was our server and she did an exceptional job. She made a nice luncheon even better. Thanks Jeanalyn!
Sat promptly but after order drinks, 1 beer and 1 water waited over 10min and still hadn't received them, our waitress was no where to be seen and the rest of the staff was shooting the shit at the hostess desk. I would say I'm highly disappointed in both the franchise and the staff for not being trained correctly
