It was a horrible experience. The waitress got 2 of our 3 steak orders wrong and gave us steaks that we're an upcharge of 7.00 each. ( filets instead of ny strips) and my strip was over done. They did give a coupon for a free entree on next visit but this was the third bad experience in a row. Who the heck wants to go back!
The Texas Roadhouse is my favorite place but the past few times I've been and ordered the grilled chicken salad - there's brown lettuce mixed in. Im going to request no brown lettuce next time and see if it makes a difference and if not I won't be going back.
Good food, but really cramped. Need better organized seating for sure.
Have eaten here SEVERAL times and have NEVER had a bad meal or service. Our family favorite.
Our server hardly said two words. When we asked for more rolls, we never ended up getting them. It was my sons 8th birthday. I will never go back to this location. This is their favorite place to eat.
After sending our steak and sides back because they were cold when delivered to our table, the end result was very gooda
