I love going to Texas Roadhouse, the food is always delicious and the service is always great as well.
It's usually really good. Today it wasn't. The waitress spilled a drink on the table we had to ask her to clean it up. Then she brought out told that were cold and hard, so she brought out different tools that were hot but not done, brought out a third basket that weren't much better. The chili was dry and the cheese and onions looked dried out and just thrown in to the cup. Then when the food came out the plates were all sloppy looking not appetizing at all and everything was really salty
Absolutely disappointed with this place. Placed online orders for my company 1 hour in advance of pickup and when I got there the orders were not done. Not to mention I had to wait another 30 minutes until I got my orders. And to top it off I couldn’t get any bread because you wanted me to wait 20 more minutes! What a joke, I will not be returning! Oh and thanks for screwing our orders up!!!!
It was very good. However I don’t know if we came on a day that was busy but it wasn’t the great service we had before. It was my birthday
