This office is wonderful! The nurse, PA and Dr McArthur are great. They listen and truly do their best to treat their patients with care and respect. Their goal is to get you back to 100%!
Dr. McArthur was informative and personable. He answered my questions and gave me options for my care. His staff was great too.
I had not seen Dr. Smith in over a year. I received a steroid injection into my left knee just before going on a long vacation where I knew I would be doing a lot of walking. Just a few days ago the pain returned but not quite as severe. I was concerned because of an upcoming trip next week so I called Monday & I was seen yesterday. I had a pain in my knee that had been off and on for almost a year until it finally became unbearable. My first visit w/Dr. Smith wasn’t even with him, but with one of the other associates, who was great! My x-rays were good. The associate advised I have PT first, and if I still had the pain after that then to go back to their office to receive an MRI. I went to PT pretty much 3x/week for 2 full months, but my pain was not going away, and my PT and I both felt I needed an MRI. I went back to see Dr. Smith, and he saw me this... read more
Dr. McArthur was very personable. He attentively listened to my symptoms, asking me questions and then explaining the best option for me. I have complete confidence in knowledge and his decision for me.
Dr. McArthur, was very polite, friendly and listened to me about my concern. He is very knowledgeable and is going to figure out a plan after I have my MRI! Would definitely recommend him! He spent quality time listening to me??
Having relocated from California to Texas in May 2020 I needed to find a whole new group of doctors and in 2022 I had a need for seeing an Orthopedic Dr and Dr Smith was recommended by my primary doctor Luis Egelsee. My most recent visit on 3/21/23 I was greeted as usual by a very friendly staff and immediately was in a room and was seen by Jerry Lopez his physician assistant… I view him as Dr Smith’s right hand man and understand he works with Dr Smith on most of his surgeries ( if not all). From 1st appointment, addressing needs, surgery scheduling, post-op care and staff…the “BEST” experience. I trust this man whole-heartedly. Jenny: top notch/on point. Staff is awesome. Recommend 100%.
