RecommendedMy husband and I came for our 24th anniversary. Food, awesome dessert and best waiter named Kris. He made our evening. We will be back!!
Worst service I’ve had in a very long time. New ownership has ran this place into the dirt. Used to be fresh and really good food. Now it’s frozen reheated trash. I worked in the industry for years and am not one to make a crappy review, but our experience has been the same the last several times we’ve been there. Won’t be back!
Absolutely awful service. We got our food before we even got our drinks. It was all around awful! I do like the food. But the service was so bad!

Evidently to cooks quit while we were there. Wait staff decided to try to cook. After two hours and no food, we left. So sad!
I don’t know for sure what was going on when we were there last night (Aug. 25 at Garland location) but we left after two hours and no food. There was not a manager in sight. Rumor was that the kitchen staff had walked out. The servers were running around trying their best, but no one ever communicated with us. It was pure bedlam. I usually love Texas Land & Cattle.
