Food was good, service was so so. We received our appetizers after we were half finished with our meal, because we reminded our waitress. A refill of drinks were given only once after having to request a refill. We will go back for the food, but will definitely request a different waitress.Disappointed.
Service was beyond horrible. We were ignored when we walked in and we waited an hour for a table. Once we ordered, the food it took an additional 45 minutes to arrive. The waiter never came back to check if we needed anything else. I will never go back nor will I recommend it to anyone.
Only go here once a year because we receive a gift card for Christmas. We have had the same experience for the last three years. The service was very poor. We had a party of four and none of us ever had a refill on our drink. We ate our meals with pretty much no drink. It wasn't until we were finished we were given a refill. My husband ordered a 12 oz steak and it looked like a slice of something? It was not even hot, he only ate it because service was so bad we didn't want to wait for another meal. Steak was not that good. Was disappointed Service was great though.
Sets a high standard for service and the quality of the food.
The atmosphere by the lake with a full moon was so enjoyable, our service was excellent and our dinner was delicious.
But for 60 I should not have had an overcooked gray medium well steak with a huge slab of grisle.. yes the waiver was good so good he gave us the check as soon as it was delivered. Lol.
Great location! Good food, good service. Loved it.
Waited over 1.5 hours for our dinner. Steak finally came out and it was over cooked.
