extermely professional and responsive. I woudl consider this firm on a scale fo 1-10 a 12. Called back with in minutes of my request for a bid. came out the next day (on a sunday) TO BID THE WORK AND ACTUALLY PERFORMED PART OF IT THAT DAY. came back the next day to finish the job and went above and beyond the scope of work to make us happy. and

He was prompt and showed up when he said he would. All calls or emails were returned immediately. He spent a long time diagnosing and explaining the repair to me. However, it turned out that the diagnosis was incorrect. He and his worker did some further diagnosis which did correct the problem . There was some miscommunication between what Casey said they would do and the guy who actually did the work but we worked that out to our satisfaction. Overall, I am satisfied with the job.

I couldn't have been happier hiring Irri-Tech to fix my broken sprinkler system. Casey was awesome, he quoted me a price (which was very reasonable) and stuck to it, even though the repair ended up being A LOT more complicated than we had initially thought. Julio was the most personal and informative contractor I have ever had. He was not just concerned with my knowing what was going to happen and when, but he also was concerned about any inconveniences I may encounter. It was refreshing to have a person in charge of digging in a new sprinkler system who could take charge of the project with the least amount of inconvenience to me.
