I am a bit conflicted. First the positive...They contacted me right away, came quickly, were nice people, did a great job, and were really professional about it. The problem came when I received the bill. They told me first it would cost $150. That was a little bit high for a simple job, but it was OK with me. I agreed and told them to go ahead. I was even going to give the two guys a $20 tip afterwards. However, when they finished and I actually received the bill, it was $200. I asked why and the main guy said it took a lit... read more

I have new technicians in the field and there is a learning curve with our processes. Both of the men were very knowledgeable and showed me everything I needed to know. They reprogramed my sprinkler system. They were very nice and respectful.

Aaron and Colby did a good job, but they were not a bargain. $100.00 an hour for labor was a shock and the sprinkler heads were over $25.00 each. It took three hours for 8 sprinkler heads. I did my part to stimulate the economy this time, but, with prices like this, I'll be doing my own repair work in the future.

Sometimes replacing heads can be more complex then you think depending on the installation methods used by the previous contractor. Good luck with your repairs in the future.
