Casey actually talked through the problem - and suggested acouple of things to check and rectify without coming to the house. his suggestions were spot on and we managed to fix the problem an hour after speaking t ohim on the phone. Very good, polite, courteous service - would fully recommend Casey.

He called Immediately after I submitted my need to Service Magic. Casey Reimann showed up the next day as promised. He had equipment to locate the BURIED solenoid valve. plus the spare parts to fix it. He cleaned up after the job was completed. I saved his card and would call him in a second the next time for service.

When I called him and described the problem with my sprinkler system, he suggested ways that I might fix it myself without having to engage his services. When he came out to look at the system he was friendly, and he isolated and fixed the problem in relatively short order. Further, the repair bil total was a pleasant surprise--I expected the bill to be significantly larger.
