I got hung up on while asking to speak to a patient care advocate and I wish that was the worst of what's going on with my mother in laws care.

It's Thanksgiving Day and I have been a patient here for a week and a half with a DVT. I was transferred from Hillsboro Hospital... I have a TBI and I'm disabled well I also have factor 5 which is a blood disorder and they haven't taken proper care of me the whole time here and on top of that they wake me up with security to kick me out of my room.... I've never been treated this way ever also you would think that was bad enough they then called the cops on me for no reason I was told I wasn't getting discharged till the fol... read more
Had an amazing experience when delivering my son. The L&D nurses were amazing and so sweet. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to take care of us.
I just spent 3 days and 2 nights here. The first night Indria was my nurse, and she was great! During the day Sarah was my nurse, and we totally connected. She was the best!! I can never thank her enough for being so kind to me, my husband and son. Rose was also one of my nurses, and she was very nice as well! Everyone took very good care of a super sick breastfeeding mom, myself. I can’t recommend this place more!

Texas Health is providing a LOWER standard of care for patients. This is unacceptable. The visiting policies for patients is inhumane. We demand visitors 24 hours a day and to switch out as family and friends wish. Shame on Texas Health for bullying families into leaving their loved ones alone at their most vulnerable state. Shame on them.
Shocked at how Judgemental & Shallow a couple of the L&D Nurses are . Ooh and when I first got my room I went into the bathroom and in the shower was someone else's urine. I really liked this hospital once before .... but now I will never come back to this hospital .
