Hats off to Nateasie Kendrick and the entire Texas Health Volunteer team of AMAZING individuals! I am a "newbie" Volunteer and I have never felt so welcome and appreciated as I have in the last two weeks from Orientation on through to my second day of on the job. I have experienced the THR Promise first hand and it is so true; "Individuals Caring For Individuals, Together". Amazing concept, right!? Well everyone here lives it! THANK YOU. I am proud to be a part of this wonderful "family"!
Run from Dr. John Curtis from the ER. Failed to diagnose my sister after her GI caused trauma to her spleen. Sent her home because he could not find anything. She spent all night in excruciating pain. Came back next day to same ER, where another ER doctor diagnosed her by just listening to the symptoms. Dr. John Curtis didn't even come back to see her, just sent her home. Inhuman. Now, they are blaming Obama care. Seriously. That's what I call a bunch of charlatans.
The nurses and doctors were so wonderful. I had excellent care.

I took my mom into the E.R and our Nurse (Kimberly) very rude. Very disrespectful. She had an attitude when my mother tried to go to the bathroom. Wouldn't let her talk and explain her pain. Then our Doctor came in. Dr. Coats. Also a very rude person. He became easily frustrated as she was trying to explain what she was feeling. Normally it's full of great doctors and nurses however not this time...
Need better tv service... basic cable would be nice
I had a hysterectomy yesterday. Im getting ready to go home. Dr. Safely and the team that worked with him was more than amazing. Everyone from the time I walked in for pre-op was so nice and caring. Great hospital!! Great staff. I stayed in the women's center. My night time nurse Paige and her charge nurse ARE THE BEST!! THANK YOU LADIES!!
