Horrible hospital to have loved ones in. Whoever the CEO of this hospital is, I would really like to speak to him or her over the care that is provided to patients. How DARE they tell someone who is doubling over in pain and can BARELY walk, “it’ll be an hour wait”. HORRIBLE. JUST HORRIBLE. The ER here is DISAPPOINTING.
Takes forever!!!!! All day waiting.
I told myself that I would NEVER go to this hospital again. After being discharged and making a significant payment, I have been called and harassed weekly!!! I haven’t been late on a payment and I am being threatened with collections. The in-patient experience doesn’t even matter after dealing with their disrespectful system of handling patient accounts. I will NEVER GO BACK!
Best place to have s knee replacement. That’s the only place I use and I really like it.

I appreciate the kind, considerate, and observant African American RN who tended to my wife during our stay at this facility. She listened to her concerns; she did research on our questions; and she made sure she treated my wife on a holistic level. I recommend that when you go here, ask for Stephanie in the OBGYN ward. She made our experience here at HEB hospital pleasurable and serene.
