Excellent personnel!!! Caring. Clean. Speedy.
Last night I was admitted in the hospital, emergency department gave me excellent treatment.. very quick and urgent.. male Nurse was really cooperative and polite, Dr Tran, x-ray woman, and all other staffers are really amazing, I used to go to Harris SW Fort Worth but since I moved to Dallas area, I had to go in this hospital.. I don’t go to any other hospital except Texas Health.. because they have more knowledge about my treatment of Common Variable Immunodeficiency. I would definitely recommend this hospital..

ER visit for my husband in Dec 2017 was ok at best but we about fell over when we received the bill. Terrible billing with no explanation, requested detailed bill is a joke because the lack of detail. Outrageous cost for what we were there for. Hopefully last time we ever visit this ER or hospital. Really disappointing as we have used Texas Health so many times in the past but a Cat Scan that cost almost $3000 is 10x the local average if we had a choice of where to go.
Wife was admitted. Waited 4+ hours for an available bed. Was told they didn't have any of the maintenance meds my wife takes (a hospital, mind you). To top it off, currently she has the person that has to be the absolute worst, least caring "nurse" in the entire hospital, if not worst in the whole Metroplex. "Wilson" has not shown an ounce of kindness or compassion toward my wife. When she asks for something, he acts like it's a huge inconvenience for him. Everyone that I encountered from admission on through my procedure was wonderful!! Very kind courteous caring professional wonderful care!!!
Family member had a procedure there today and everyone of the staff were polite, helpful, and did a great job.

Our visit took only an hour they got us back immediately after a couple questions on a form and insurance card at the front desk. My daughter had the flu and both nurses were great, we appreciated their helping hands, smiling faces, and kindness working on Christmas Day at the ER. Thank you.
