I had time to talk to the doctor because the doctor took the time to talk to me. Great care and loved the nurse.
Terrible er. I will never go there again. One nurse on customer service has a heart the rest are cold. Worst ER ever!!!!!!!
I have a wonderful doctor and the nurses and support staff are patient, knowledgeable and helpful. If you have to be ill coming here is definitely making the best of what would otherwise be considered a bad situation.
Texas Health Plano was great. It's a blessing to be able to go home after your child has had surgery any be stressed or concerned if they are going to be taken care of . D's doctors were all great as was the admitting staff , the nurses and Everybody we came in contact with. So we have been blessed with D's hospital stay as well as David when he was at Big Baylor..
