Well my mom was having trouble breathing so i called to see if they took her insurance and the girl in th er told me no they dont! So i called my moms insurance to see if they did and yes they are in network so i ask the lady again so she can be seen in the er right? Thats correct! I said thank! But ended up going to care now due to the er being so packed!!!!
We really like this hospital. The quality of service is great, everyone we dealt with was nice, friendly and helpful. I recommend going to this hospital.
I sure wasn't expecting to spend 5 days between the ICU and the regular floor, but being at THR Plano made it way more pleasant and less stressful than it could have been! The staff was absolutely amazing, the food was wonderful and I was as completely comfortable as you can be in a hospital bed! And I can't say thank you enough at how quickly everyone acted to help take care of my health issues from the minute I walked into the ER!!! Hope I never NEED to go back, but if I do - I'll be back there!
Wonderful Physical Therapists and wonderful facilities
Not being used to hospitals, I must say I don't know first hand the "standard" experience, but everything about Texas Health Plano was smooth and all the staff friendly and helpful.
Leaving my 2 year old in the hands of these professionals was the hardest thing to do, but they did an excellent job. They talked to us during the whole procedure, what to expect, they were very patient and supportive. They made us feel very cared for. This is definitely the go to hospital.
Amazing service, the best one received ever, the waiting time was no more than 3 min, the attention was warm and kind by the receptionist, the nurse, and the ER doctor, great great experience, not only that, but the next day they call me to see how my kid was doing!
I went in with abdominal pains. Short wait in the ER, admitted quickly and the ER nurse was very attentive. Things moved quickly and I was in surgery within the hour. Recovery care was amazing.
