Very clean. Everybody was exceptionally polite and quick to help you. They go out of there way to make you comfortable....
My dad was admitted after he had a fall at home. The care here is awesome! From the gals that disinfect the room all the way to the doctor everybody is fabulous! So kind and caring and always keeping us informed and checking in to make sure we were okay and didn't need anything. The only complaint would be waiting for a doctor but I think that happens at every hospital and is completely understandable. My mom was also recently in the hospital at a different hospital and this experience with my dad is by far much better.

This is my favorite hospital (kinda said to have a favorite hospital isn't it?. I live in Garland and refuse to go to the hospital closest to me because of some bad experiences, so I started insisting my husband and I go back to Plano Presby. Only been disappointed in the treatment there once but they made up for it with this most recent visit for sure! Great, caring, and proactive staff!

Emergency room needs help. Poor waiting area, uncomfortable and uninviting when having to wait 2.5 hours to be seen for emergency appendectomy! Self check-in kiosks would speed up registration process (only one person checking in people when I arrived) very confusing and inconvenient for both staff and patients. In my mind this hospital should be the crown jewel of medical facilities in West Plano.
