After we were seen rushed out and my 2 year old son was sent home with a fractured arm after being told there was no visible injury. See you soon management ! Beware. There are better places to take your children for care.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I gave a courtesy call to let them know that I was running 3 mins late because of traffic, and problems leaving work, and was told that I would have to reschedule. After having to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor on a previous visit, and after the man at the desk messed up and didn't put me on the schedule even though I made the appointment standing right in front of him at the office, she should at least have the courtesy to wait 3 mins! ER visit for my husband in Dec 2017 was ok at best but we about fell over when we received the bill. Terrible billing with no explanation, requested detailed bill is a joke because the lack of detail. Outrageous cost for what we were there for. Hopefully last time we ever visit this ER or hospital. Really disappointing as we have used Texas Health so many times in the past but a Cat Scan that cost almost $3000 is 10x the local average if we had a choice of where to go.
