I received a low dose (ineffective) antibiotic prescription for a self-diagnosed UTI. Other than routine (Temp/BP/Urinalysis) no other testing was required. Bill $1,400. Excessive fees for minimal care without satisfactory results. I had to seek medical attention elsewhere.

Business response:

Hi Donna - I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I would like to have someone on the customer care team here review this and follow up with you. Please email me at ReviewSupport@adhc.com with the date of service, patient name, and the best contact phone number. Also, please include the location (Colleyville) and copy/paste your review from above if you don't mind. Thank you for your feedback.

Without a doubt, a horrible hospital. My one year old grandson was running a 104 degree temperature last night. He arrived with his parents at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton's Emergency Room at 11:30 P.M., and at 2:30 A.M. he still had not been seen by a nurse or a doctor. This hospital should be closed. If you value your life, or the life of someone you care about, stay away from this horrible facility....
