i was dealing with a really bad infection & then the dr admitted me & i was asked the next day if i wanted to go home. i said I wasnt feeling any better. well they discharged me & i went back up there to be told to push through the pain. so I did what the dr said to do. then i got really sick with cdiff and i said that i had it & they said you will be fine well im not as my bp has been 216/125 since ive been seen somewhere else & I have been admitted to the hospital so they can treat me right.

I called multiple times and your security said there was not a problem. I called to speak with an administrator and was entered into a voicemail. I can’t wait to call OSHA, CMS, TDH, TJC, and the EPA. I could let some things go but your lack of listening is too much even for me. I hope this is not indicative of the care you deliver. E.R. Doctors rush in and rush out. My son went in with a sudden onset of back pain and nausea. Nurse said it was probably a kidney stones but Doctor said it was a pinched nerve and discharged him but we had to go back same day for them to figure out it was a kidney stone. I had to pay two $500 deductibles because doctors can’t figure out simple kidney stones. I will ALWAYS drive to Fort Worth from now on.

Such a wonderful place when you need an ER. The nurses are so sweet. The Dr's are great. Texas Health in Willow Park is the only place to go when you are needing an ER👍👍👍❤️
