This place use to be the best er but the last couple times i have come people have treated me like im a burden. The use to be nice staff is now replaced with people who are here for a paycheck and just wanting to get people in and out instead of listening to their worries and reason for visits. the security officer upfront (a lady) is completely rude and does not keep peoples issues confident. im truly disappiinted because i thought they were here to help people but clearly im mistaken.

I had to walk my husband out to car because we waited 1hr for wheelchair and no one came!! Husband appointment scheduled for 11:30 and was not done until 12:45! Last time he was there all day saying he’s going home but no nurse came until 4!!!!! Poor communication skills and management!
Recommended4 years ago I found out I had a tumor on my heart that needed to be removed immediately. Dr. Poole did open heart surgery and not only is he a wonderful surgeon, but he is also a wonderful person. He's a man of God and I feel so blessed that I was led to him to heal my heart. Really no words to express how grateful I am to him and his wonderful team.

You can definitely tell that the nurses who work here love their job. All of the nurses that took care of me did not make me feel uncomfortable not once. Thankful for Dr. Montanaro and nurses for safely delivering my baby girl!

I told myself that I would NEVER go to this hospital again. After being discharged and making a significant payment, I have been called and harassed weekly!!! I haven’t been late on a payment and I am being threatened with collections. The in-patient experience doesn’t even matter after dealing with their disrespectful system of handling patient accounts. I will NEVER GO BACK!
