Nuclear Medicine dept. treated me with professionalism and good care, along with Rhonetta during my stress test. As a former employee, is is good to see that the quality is still there.

They gave me a black eye during my kidney stone surgery today. Didn’t give any explanation at all. This is cruel and I’m fit to be tied about this! I was extremely nice to everyone who took care of me so there’s no reason I should have this black eye and it’s the holidays so I get to look awful and ill all at once! Unfair treatment!!!! The nursing staff however gets 5 STARS for taking great care of me before and after my procedure!!! Nurses are our real heroes!!

I had surgery on November 28, 2018. I had to stay at the hospital overnight. I have to say that I had the absolute best care I've ever received at a hospital. Everyone from the day surgery unit staff, the 2nd floor staff, and the people who brought me my meals were absolutely wonderful. They were polite, caring, and just downright respectful. I cannot thank this hospital and staff enough! I just wish I could remember the names everyone who took such great care of me so I could thank each and every one of them.

DONT GO TO THIS FACILITY! The quality of care here is subpar to any major hospital in the DFW area. The nurses do not respond promptly to changes in conditions and need to be reminded of their routine tasks. My mother was in hospital and went into A-Fib, which the nurse wasn’t even aware of, and it took the hospitalist over an hour to respond to several urgent pages! The house supervisor, RANDY, is arrogant and condescending and serves the financial interest of the hospital over the best interest of the patient. He was comba... read more
