Today I broke some glass and cut my hand. Of course I needed a couple of stitches. I was in and out within 45 min. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Loved the fact that they were so fast and efficient. I would recommend First choice Emergency Room if you would ever need urgent/emergency care. Thank you for you kind and friendly service, Tammie

I fell off a ladder putting away my Christmas Tree, (I do thing's myself). I went to the First Choice Emregency Room on Basswood Blvd. I was treated immediately, everyone was very concerned, and very professional. I have not been to the ER many times in my life, but if I or any of my family need emergency treatment in the furture this is where we are going. Toni R Beck
I went in on a Friday evening and was checked in and back in a matter of minutes. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. I got completely checked out and they answered any and all questions I had. Two days prior I had went to a minute clinic and was told nothing was wrong. Very glad I chose to come to First Choice. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I went to First Choice on Friday morning and there was no wait. I had went to another ER the previous Wednesday and was told I had a sprained muscle based on the information I gave them. They did not just let me diagnosis myself, they immediately took x-rays and found out I had a fracture in my hip. I was taking pain pills that were previously prescribed to me but I was still in a lot of pain. The doctor came to talk to me immediately and gave me an action plan on getting well again. Quick, clean & knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
Went in at almost 3am. Had no wait, was able to get out in under an hour. Very nice staff,and doctor. Enjoyed the little goody bag you get when you leave, you don't usually see such nice and caring people at a small ER, but everyone was very nice. Will definitely go back if needed.
