FIVE STARS!! Zero wait! My 5 year old son broke his nose tonight and we had to decide between FCER and hospital ER. I'm SO glad we chose FCER! We were in and completely finished in less than an hour. NICE staff, no extra tests or unnecessary X-Rays. Just qualified staff and EXCELLENT Dr. PLUS, they listened to our needs and concerns! Thank You, FCER! We HIGHLY recommend and will definitely return, (although, I hope we don't have any more accidents).
Excellent service, very quick!
I came in on New Year's Eve, and the staff was professional, caring, knowledgeable and took care of me very quickly. They found my problem which was kidney's stone, treated it and I am very happy with the service. Both the nurses and the doctor that took care of me were fantastic.
This place is amazing! They alway treat you as a person not a patient. If you have an emergency this is where I would recommend. The Dr's and nurses are great. Thank you to everyone on duty the morning of 12/17/14. Debra
I took my teenager to First Choice ER in Watauga we were attended to quickly. The doctor came in and explained everything that was going on. I highly recommend First Choice Er.
This is the ER I always depend on! They are amazing
Decided to try first choice after a minor automobile accident. I was so overwhelmed at how professional everyone was and how quickly I was able to get in. I will definitely be back!!
Thursday night I got really sick and had to go to the E.R. I went to First Choice and to my surprise, I was in and out in no time :). They are very quick, very clean and have lots of staff ready to care for you. I'd definitely go again.
Let's face it - nobody really LOVES having to go to the ER. But if you do, this is a great place to go. They are quick, ALL of the staff is super friendly, very thorough and make sure you leave that place with everything you need. Beats a hospital ER hands down!!
