My husband was having horrible foot pain and we went here and got right in. The Dr. was great as well as the rest of the staff. They worked fast to make him comfortable and figure out what the problem was. Highly recommend this ER!
Had a piece of metal slung by a weedeater into the leg and got right in. Staff was like old country doctor offc with warm receptive staff who treated us like people instead of a claim on insurance. would recommend highly for anyone in the area at any time of the day or night.
I visited First Choice Emergency Room at midnight with severe pain from two rather small kidney stones. The wait to get into a room was not long at all. All of the staff on site on the graveyard shift were very welcoming and kind. They gave me pain medication and scans right away to see what exactly was going on. After given prescription medicine, they assured me that if need be, I am welcome to come back if the pain level returns with no extra charge. I have needed to visit First Choice Emergency Room twice. They are at a very convenient location for me, so I the first time I visited--I thought I'd give them a try. Both experiences were as wonderful as they could be for needing urgent care. I've never had to wait--they even took me back for treatment before I was finished completing paperwork. I visited the First Choice Emergency room in Watauga, TX today. I had a split lip from playing with my 3 year old son! I didn't want to go to the ER for a split lip, but I knew it was pretty bad and I didn't want a horrible scar on my face. I had my 3 kids with me (7yrold, 3yrold, and 6 month old). Will never visit one of there ers again very rude and inconsiderate!!!!! Treated me like I was a drugy and as I do have many medical medical problems that are beyond my control I have to be seen often and was told that they would no longer write me prescriptions but would treat me there!! I have never asked them to write me a single prescription whatever they have given me was all on them..... neddless to say I left there and went harris hospital and was treated like a patient and they did all the testing I needed and got to... read more
