Went to First Choice in Fort Worth due to my daughter having many problems with Asthma. They evaluated her quickly and the doctors and nurses took care of her very well and she is now recovering good. Will definitely go back.
Great place. My son whacked his head on a bookshelf so we wento this place. Fast, courteous service. The nurses were great and Dr. John was awesome with our boy. Spoke to him like he was a grown up....did not condescend which is one of my pet peeves. They got us in right away, and got our son into the CAT scan room right away too. All was good thank God. Great place to have in your neighborhood just in case!!

First Choice Emergency Room, Watauga, Tx. Friday night I had an accident with a large clock. The glass broke and sliced the top of my kneecap pretty much off. Thankfully Emergency Room is only a block away because I knew I couldn't make it across town to the hospital. RN Jesse was kind, gentle and caring. I didn't have to wait to get into a room. My wife was in the facility last week. The staff was great and the visit did not take anywhere as long as it would have at a hospital ER. Thanks so much, will be back if the need arises.
I completely agree with Hayley's review below. I was in a room before I could complete my paperwork. The doctor and staff could not have been more friendly or professional. They are a full functioning ER and I was able to get bloodwork and CT scans, including results immediately. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Even more, the doctor personally called me the next day to make sure I was feeling better. He referred me to a specialist, faxed all my results and set me up with an apt with another doctor ASAP. I could not be more pleased with my experience at First Choice. I was whisked back before I even completed my paperwork. The Dr. and staff had my pain assessed & treated quickly, and were knowledgable and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
This was an excellent ER! Staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I also did not have to wait long to be seen. Excellent facility.
I took my daughter to First Choice for an ankle injury. This is my second experience with them and it was refreshing like last time. We got in there really quick (before I finished the paperwork). The follow-up call from the doctor is a nice touch. The staff was friendly and very helpful. With x-rays and all, we were out of there in an hour, if that. I would highly recommend any First Choice facility.
