I went to First Choice Emergency Room because of a work related injury the staff were GREAT! Very nice and very quick. I was in and out in no time! Overall the visit was EXCELLENT!
I took my daughter to the Fort Worth location this evening. She was nervous and very apprehensive to even go have her issue looked at because it was making her nervous. From the minute we walked in out service was fast, efficient, and friendly! My family will never be going to a hospital ER again if we can help it. Dr Davis explained everything she was going to do and what she was doing it as she went along which helped my daughter's nervousness subside. Very nice staff made us feel comfortable during a difficult time. My daughter loved the Mermaid room she was in doesn't seem like much but it's what made her happy at that moment. She broke her arm went in at 10 with no wait.
I will never go to another hospital emergency room again. From the time I arrived, to the time I left, I was there 1.5 hours. I was experiencing chest pain and the Dr, nurses, front desk staff was very friendly and made me feel like they genuinely cared. At a hospital emergency room, I often feel like they are too busy to make sure I am cared for and comfortable. I will be sure to take the rest of my family here if I ever have another emergency.-Heather G
The waiting room was empty and I was called back before I could finish the paper work. They are very fast. In the room the doctor came quick and did not procrastinate at all. Very good place to go.
Took my daughter in around 8:30pm on a Thursday night, was expecting a wait. Waiting room was completely empty! I filled out some paperwork and we were called back into a room within 5 minutes! Nurses were very friendly and approachable, and made my daughter feel very safe and calm. Facilities are beautiful and as clean as can be. This was my first time at fcer and the people were very nice and reassured me that they would help me. The facility was very clean and there was no wait in the lobby. I was called back by the nurse within 5 minutes of me getting there. Dr. Longacre was very nice and reassured me that he would help me and make me better. He even called me the next day to make sure i was doing fine and made sure that i had all the paperwork that was given to me and to make srue that I made an appointment to follow up with doctors care.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Dr Ahnson was very rude. He had a chip on his shoulder as soon as I walked in. First told me I had been in a year ago for a migraine. After explaining that I hadn't been seen at this facility since 2006. My daughter had to go to front desk and ask for records before we convinced the doctor. Clearly he doesn't like being told he was wrong. I did not get an apology - just a bad attitude. Wanted to try meds on me that I knew I was allergic to. I'm not stopping with this review.
